If you are a new intern, fellow, on an undergraduate project, or a K-12 student and have accepted your offer, please fill out the Student Participant Form.
If this is the first time you are receiving payment from UI, fill this out and upload it with your Student Participant Form or send it to us at isgc@uidaho.edu
If you are filling out the W-9 form and would like your payment sent via Direct Deposit instead of check, please fill this form out and upload it with your Student Participant Form or send it to us at isgc@uidaho.edu
During Your Award
